costa-book-awards-702x400

Holiday’s are here. You need a bit of quiet time, but can’t think what to do. How about reading some short stories?

The Costa Short Story Prize has published their short-list of three stories, and they want you to tell them which one is the best! Who will win? Will it be “Dirty Little Fishes”, “The Boatman” or “The Persistence of Memory”?

Go to their website at http://www.costa.co.uk/costa-book-awards/costa-short-story-award/ where you can either download the stories or listen to them (if the Christmas movies have tired your eyes!). Then vote if you like any of them.

Voting ends at midnight on Friday 13th January 2017.

Happy Christmas and happy reading, and don’t forget to pop into Bream Community Library to get your other Christmas reading.
